Telecommunicator CPR Refresher
This is a refresher course of the T-CPR course that focuses on the importance of implementing a T-CPR protocol in the PSAP, how to recognize the symptoms of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, and how to overcome barriers on OHCA calls. This course provides a sample Telecommunicator CPR protocol based on the CPR LifeLinks initiative created by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Jennifer White - 9-1-1 Director, Loudon County E-9-1-1
Jamison has been in Public Safety for over 25 years in EMS, 9-1-1, and Emergency Management. He has had the opportunity to serve on many Boards, Committees, and projects to help advance 9-1-1 across the United States. He has both given CPR instructions as a Telecommunicator and performed CPR as an Emergency Medical Technician. He was previously the Training Coordinator for the TN Emergency Communications Board and now works as the Director of Public Safety for RapidSOS.
Jennifer has been in public safety for the last 24 years. She has served as a Paramedic and 9-1-1 telecommunicator. She has been privileged to serve in many roles on a local, state, and national level to advance the profession of 9-1-1 services. She has experiences as a certified CPR instructor, provided CPR instructions over the phone to callers, and performed CPR in the field as a Paramedic. She currently works as the Director of Loudon County 9-1-1, a position she has had since 1998.
