Ethical Leadership for Telecommunicators
This course provides telecommunicators with a pragmatic understanding, reflection, and discussion of ethical issues and dilemmas in the workplace. Participants will engage in exercises to further determine their own ethics and how to effectively apply them within their organization.

Alan Malinchak and Jennifer Schwendimann
Expertise:
Alan A. Malinchak is the CEO of Éclat Transitions LLC, providing consulting services and subject matter expertise on public service, law enforcement, and military to private sector career transitioning to individuals, groups, government agencies and military branches. Malinchak has over 35 years of professional experience in government, industry, and academics including being a retired FBI Special Agent (1984-2004) and a U.S. Navy Veteran (DAV:1969-1973).
Jennifer Schwendimann has 13 years of experience in the 911 field. She started as a telecommunicator at Williamson County 9-1-1 and went on to serve as a training and quality assurance coordinator and, most recently, as operations manager. She is currently the Training Coordinator of the Tennessee Emergency Communications Board.
