Monica Million & Jamison Peevyhouse

Jamison Peevyhouse - Director of Public Safety, RapidSOS
Monica Million is currently the Executive Director for the Colorado 9-1-1 Resource Center. Prior to this, she was the Operations Manager for a medium-sized PSAP in Grand Junction, Colorado, where she worked her way up from dispatcher to manager. Monica is currently on the Board of Directors for the National Emergency Number Association. She has also been an Adjunct Professor at Colorado Mesa University and she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University Long Beach. Monica served as the 2019 NENA (National Emergency Number Association) President.
Jamison has been in Public Safety for over 25 years in EMS, 9-1-1, and Emergency Management. He has had the opportunity to serve on many Boards, Committees, and projects to help advance 9-1-1 across the United States. He has both given CPR instructions as a Telecommunicator and performed CPR as an Emergency Medical Technician. He was previously the Training Coordinator for the TN Emergency Communications Board and currently works as the Director of Public Safety for RapidSOS.
