Sgt. Dan Greene
Sgt. Dan Greene has worked for the Chandler Police Department for 26 years. He joined the National Association of Field Training Officers as the part-time President in 2012, and now is the Executive Director. NAFTO is a resource for Field Training Officers, agencies and departments for developing, and growing field training programs. Field training officers in various career fields exchange ideas and solutions for field training programs within their own organization. NAFTO was created as a resource for law enforcement, corrections, and communications trainers throughout the United States and beyond.
Graham Tinius
Graham Tinius has been a Field Training Officer with the Chandler Police Department since 2007. Graham assisted in rewriting the Field Training Program at Chandler PD. Graham is the recipient of a Meritorious Service Award, as well as a Unit Citation Award for his work in redesigning the Field Training Program and its implementation within the department. After receiving his General Instructor Certification from AZPOST in 2006, Graham has taught numerous classes to law enforcement including Cultural Diversity, Adult Learning, Leadership, Ethics, Officer Safety, and FTO Schools. Graham has taught FTO schools for local, county and state law enforcement across the American Southwest, as well as US Army civilian police, civilian police and sheriff staff, and supervisors. Graham obtained his Master Field Training Officer certification from NAFTO in 2013.
Jenny Hall
Jennifer Hall has served the citizens of Louisville for the past 15 years in multiple roles for the Louisville Metro Police Department. She is currently assigned to the Career Development Unit as well as being the Police Training Officer Coordinator, which is part of the LMPD Training Division. Prior to this assignment, Sergeant Hall was a detective in the Crimes Against Children Unit.
