Expertise:
My name is Becky Haas, and I was working for the Johnson City, Tennessee PoliceDepartment in 2012 and 2014 round in there as a civilian with an $800,000 crime prevention grant. When I learned about this topic and as a police trainer, I knew thatthis was something that law enforcement needed to know about as well. Before my job at the police department reducing drug related and violent crime and recidivism with my grant, I was a lead car seat safety instructor across the state of Tennessee for six years.
