Workplace Harassment 2-Hours
This course covers a handful of important subjects, including diversity and inclusion, harassment in the workplace, how to resolve conflict, and managing within the law. Trainees will recognize the importance of diversity awareness and its impact on their organization. They will also learn about the various types of unlawful harassment in the workplace, including harassment based on sex, age, gender, disability, and/or race. Trainees will also learn practical tactics for proactively managing employees’ relationships within the law and organizational policies.
