Watch Your Six: Mental Wellness Resiliency

Duration

2 Hours

About the Course

There is a saying in law enforcement, “Practice officer safety; make sure you go

home at the end of your shift.” However, making it home is just the beginning.

“Watch Your Six: Mental Wellness Resiliency” encourages and equips all law

enforcement officers and their families to guard the six most vulnerable areas of life

to promote health and well-being. The course talks about the issues facing law

enforcement to create awareness of the problems and to offer officers resources

needed to ensure every part of their lives is healthy.
