About the Course
This course covers proper procedures for search warrants, arrest warrants, and
Terry stops. Norman Comeaux will answer questions such as when can you
breach a home using an arrest warrant, can you use a Terry stop when
someone is in a high crime area and flees from you, what is sufficient to make
a Terry stop using an anonymous tip, and many other topics.

Norman Comeaux
Norman Comeaux received his law degree at Louisiana State University. After that, he was a prosecutor in the New Orleans District Attorney's Office where he tried close to 100 jury trials from misdemeanor drug cases to capital murder cases, and tried many more judge trials. After that, he was a special agent with the FBI for over 21 years. He worked violent crime and white collar. In the last 14 years, he was the Chief Division Counsel for the state of Mississippi. Today, he teaches many subjects to local, state and federal law enforcement including the Constitution and the Fourth Amendment.
