About the Course
The 4th Amendment is like a book with chapters that are constantly changing. This course will go beyond the surface to obtain a deeper knowledge and a deeper understanding of the Constitution and the 4th Amendment, including an analysis of the language of the 4th Amendment, the cases from the last 15 years that have affected the 4th Amendment, and the consequences for violating the 4th Amendment.

Norman Comeaux
Norman Comeaux received his law degree at Louisiana State University. After that, he was a prosecutor in the New Orleans District Attorney's Office where he tried close to 100 jury trials from misdemeanor drug cases to capital murder cases, and tried many more judge trials. After that, he was a special agent with the FBI for over 21 years. He worked violent crime and white collar. In the last 14 years, he was the Chief Division Counsel for the state of Mississippi. Today, he teaches many subjects to local, state and federal law enforcement including the Constitution and the Fourth Amendment.
