About the Course

This course gives a general overview of the fundamentals of marksmanship for both pistols and rifles. Zach Gayden demonstrates proper sight alignment and sight picture, grip, stance, and trigger control.

Your Instructor

Zach Gayden

Zach Gayden served as a United States Marine for ten years. During his career,
he served as a Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team (FAST) Small Unit Leader, an Infantry Unit Leader, and then as a Security Element Lead Instructor for the
Special Operations Training Group (SOTG). He currently teaches Protective Security Specialist and Protective Security Detail training for the North Carolina Department of State.
