About the Course
This is an introductory course in the use of the computer, the use of the Internet for research, and the use of computer/business application software within a Windows environment using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. This course is geared toward those with little or no knowledge of computer use.

April Hearne
April Hearne currently lives in central Arkansas by way of Southeast Missouri. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Systems, a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, a minor in Management. She later went back for a Master's Degree in Business Technology. April's corporate business experience includes finance, sales, and management. Just before the financial crises, she left corporate America and a top three Fortune 500 company on a 'leap of faith' to start a teaching career.
