About the Course
In this course, Jodi Springer will be discussing her experience in creating a public education program. She will discuss how to create content and materials to help train the citizens you serve and how to develop a better relationship between your agency, your responders, and the citizens you all serve.
Your Instructor
Jodi Springer
Jodi Springer is the CTO at Lawrence County 911. She creates training materials and train new hires as well as keeps accurate records of trainings for all employees. Before that, she worked for over ten years as a 911 operator at Lawrence County 911. She also works with small businesses to help their small business social media accounts gain traction and market them to the right individuals. Her ultimate goal is to pass along her knowledge to them so they can effectively create their own content and grow their own social channels through the techniques she provide. She also assists in setting up vendor booths for small businesses and provide effective layout and design ideas to bring people to them.
