This position is responsible for understanding and developing assigned territories to maximize and grow revenue and profits by acquiring new partners in the Aust in/San Antonio area.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 years of sales experience (Law Enforcement sales preferred)
  • 2 years of experience Law Enforcement background preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, high sense of urgency, and positive "can-do" attitude required

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions

  • Create high impact relationships with prospective customers in person or virtually
  • Manage other resources while prioritizing account activities across a defined territory in addition to managing travel and expense budgets
  • Successfully manage a territory independently with your strategic planning skills and strong time management
  • Provide customers with proposals, and demonstrations of Virtual Academy
  • Collaborate with internal departments in a team environment to successfully launch a new client account and assist with any client issues
  • Have a strong sense of motivation, desire to learn, and ability to work independently
  • Aptitude for operating in a changing environment that requires innovative approaches and customized solutions to meet customer needs and challenges.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements of the Job

  • The work environment will either be contacting potential partners to engage in the sales cycle, or traveling to conduct on-site demos and or meetings, attend conferences/trade shows (which requires setting up a booth; some lifting and standing for long periods of time engaging with potential partners), or attend sales and/or team meetings.

Effectively manage a sales team in various geographical locations for a division of Savant Learning Systems, Virtual Academy. Virtual Academy is a state-of-the-science training management system and training content provider for public safety organizations. Virtual Academy is highly customizable and our sales target is diverse.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building, retaining, and leading a high-performance sales team in the Public Service sector.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 4 years of sales experience with at least 2 years of experience managing a direct sales force
  • Experience in recruiting and retaining a high performance sales team with a demonstrated ability to coach, professionally develop, and lead

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions

  • Assemble and supervise highly motivated individuals by means of hiring, training, field visits, and professional development
  • Maintain competitive knowledge in Sales and Law Enforcement industries to create and adjust strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and budgets
  • Provide leadership through effective communication of goals and ensuring sales results align with expectations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven ability to develop and manage sales plans to achieve corporate sales goals
  • Substantive experience in Public Service sector and solid understanding of current trends and challenges
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication as well as business-related computer skills
  • Ability to travel on regular basis as required including attending conferences and setting up booths

This position is responsible for building relationships with current partners that ensures 100% renewal rate as well as ensuring partners are satisfied on an ongoing basis with the services of Virtual Academy. The Partner Support Representative is also responsible for generating leads to help grow Virtual Academy. This position is open at our Martin, Tennessee location.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Law Enforcement background preferred
  • Sales experiences preferred

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions

  • Build relationships and generate leads
  • Contact current Partners quarterly to maintain a positive relationship that ensures 100% renewal rate
  • Create and send Renewal User Agreements to all partners timely
  • Create and submit renewal invoices using the CRM template
  • Trouble shoot calls from site managers of our partner agencies
  • Visit Partner sites, attend conferences and events as necessary to maintain positive relationships with Partners
  • Notify Partners when new courses are published or changes to TMS are made
  • Testing of TMS when changes or updates are pending
